Robin Trower has persisted through the decades, his enduring power and intensified guitar workmanship stunning his faithful fans and influencing a generation of players.

Robin's brilliant guitar work is well known to "love alive" musicians and guitar worshipers. Releases such as 1974's influential "Bridge Of Sighs", (Re-mastered with bonus tracks in 2007) show Robin blaring through his trademark tonal Fender Strat -Marshall stacks flanging through a wall of sound with track highlights "Day Of The Eagle", "Too Rolling Stoned" and the howling title track "Bridge Of Sighs". Other masterful releases throughout his career have kept Robin's guitar inflections true and always captivating. Robin's guitar playing has an internal combustion combining many styles and genres: rock, blues, jazz and becoming very Hendrix-like at times. The original Robin Trower band, featuring the blue-eyed soul vocals of the late James Dewar and drummer Reg Isidore always connected – due to that strong bond of band tightness from performing live and playing together with great intensity. Trower's current band continues that very same passion.

Trower's amazing 2009 live band will comprise popular vocalist Davey Pattison, the powerful drumming of Pete Thompson and Glenn Letsch on bass.
